Next Steps and Project Programme

We anticipate further consideration and technical assessment of this masterplan to be ongoing throughout spring/summer 2025. We intend to submit a hybrid planning application in late summer 2025 with the following description of development:

“hybrid planning application: outline planning permission with all matters reserved for a medical centre (Class E) and care home (Class C2) and full planning permission for 45 dwellings (including 30% affordable), a recreational (scout hut) building, junior cricket ground, formation of access, spine road, footpath and cycleway provision, strategic landscaping and ecological enhancements, drainage attenuation and associated works.”
